I initially chose Fido as they were purportedly familiar with the benefits for new taxpayers moving to Italy. If I were to choose a word to describe their services, that would undoubtedly be 'sloppy'. To start with, it was difficult to have complete and clear information on how to input documents on their accounting portal for my specific situation. When I finally got the details from them, they proved to be incorrect. I realized this at the end of the year, as I was going through the P&L, because some figures were not part of it. Coincidentally, the software license subscription had expired, so I was locked out. Unbelievably, I was forced to subscribe again in order to make these corrections as this was the only way that they would let me back into the software. Ridiculous customer service. I was bound to them for another year, but I did not stay, therefore more money down the drain! Although it is true that consultations are unlimited, if the client doesn't initiate them, they are on their own. There is absolutely no interest in proposing a real plan aimed at finding the best path for the client. Even during these meetings nothing is ever clear, case in point the above example. Final comments. In my experience, the fee is to access their software and to rely on them to draw up the legal documents on time, which I believe they conscientiously do. If your expectations are higher, I would advise against entrusting them with any accounting needs.

I'm very happy with FidoCommercialista. They're professional, efficient, and provide the most reliable services. I have yet to find a better online bookkeeping solution that is both this inexpensive and operates at such a high standard! positive experience, much better than the previous online accountant (as well as their competitor F****Zen). I say this because they have the same way of providing services and the same approach (and more or less the same price), but the previous ones I was with were incompetent and had incompetent customer service, while with FidoCommercialista you are followed much better and despite being online they manage to stay with you far behind. They have a number you can contact (which the previous ones didn't have and you could only communicate via email with a generic email). Furthermore, with the previous ones there was a limit on adding an ateco code, I could only choose 2 because they couldn't keep up with more than 2 at the same time due to their policy (while here with them no, there were no problems in this sense)

The software provided is quite intuitive, which is essential for me as I am not very familiar with digital tools. Also, I would like to highlight the great support received from the customer support girl. He took the time to explain the various workings of the software to me several times, ensuring that I had a full understanding of how to best use it. I am extremely satisfied with the experience
